About

Hi, I'm Alex. I set up Alex's Secondhand Studs in 2017 after exploring a relative's lego collection and discovering I enjoyed sorting and identify the parts. This led to my discovery of sites like Brickowl, and a realisation that I could both enjoy this new hobby and help those looking for parts to complete a set or MOC by setting up a store. I've spent the last few months sourcing, sorting, and cataloguing second hand parts and am now ready to launch my store.

Minimum Order

I have set a minimum order value of £4.00.

Postage

I charge postage at cost plus 60p to cover packaging supplies.

Please be aware that, due to the closure of my local post office, I am currently only able to post parcels on a Saturday. Orders received after 4PM on Fridays will be processed Monday and posted the following Saturday.

Refunds

I sort and catalogue all of the lego myself, making every effort to correctly identify mould variations and colours. In the event that I do make a mistake, please contact me before leaving negative feedback, and I will do what I can to resolve the issue or give a refund for the cost of the item concerned.
